With a series of targeted actions in the markets of Ukraine, Belarus and the United Arab Emirates, promotional actions of the European Kiwi produced in Greece, culminated the last months of 2016.<\/p>\n

The legal entities of constituting “HELLO KIWI” program, which is implemented by NOVACERT as an executive organization, participated in major exhibitions for fresh fruit. More specifically, business missions traveled to Minsk, Belarus from 8 till 11 November for the PRODEXPO exhibition, from 13-15 November they participated in WOP DUBAI in UAE and from 28 November to 1 December visited Kiev, Ukraine for FRESH BUSINESS EXPO.<\/p>\n

Alongside the exhibitions, specific information and tasting sessions were organized, with invited wholesalers, food importers, opinion leaders and media representatives. The guests had the opportunity to learn more about the high quality fresh kiwi produced in Greece, but also to become acquainted with the producers themselves.<\/p>\n

Moreover, in the context of general public information campaigns, the representatives of leading media in Belarus, the 1st and 2nd national television networks and the largest circulation weekly newspaper in the country, were hosted in Greece. Journalists toured the facilities of all entities of “HELLO KIWI” association, captured on video the whole sorting \u2013 standardization process, interviewed managers and workers in order to convey to consumers of Belarus all comparative advantages of kiwi fruit, the certified means of production and its high nutritional value.<\/p>\n

Finally, it is worth mentioning that the invited journalists showed great interest in the archaeological, religious and natural heritage of the area, so they visited a number of attractions, and also met with political and productive institutions of Imathia.<\/p>\n
