The training- information session for producers, organized by NOVACERT and Pella Agricultural Cooperative was finalized with great success. The event was held on 05/04/2016 at the Cooperative Headquarters in Giannitsa, and received great response from the Producers – Members of Pella DP.
The event was greeted by Mr Emmanuel Papadopoulos, President of Pella DP Management Board, followed by a presentation introduced by NOVACERT Agriculturist Mr Grouzidis Dimitris on “Trading and Disposal of peaches and nectarines” and on the much expected Rural Development Programme 2016-2021.
The participants were also much interested in the second presentation, made by Dr. Ioannidis Philippos, Agriculurist-Entomologist, on the methods of dealing with Enemies of Stone Fruit trees and particularly of Peach Tree.
